You are free to access your storage whenever you wish.

Although our facility is not staffed full time, we do have the ability to schedule on-site help should you need it. Many issues can be resolved with a phone call. If you find that you need assistance, please call 620-720-1820 and leave a message. We are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM.

Our Indoor Boat and RV storage area is perfect for most all large items, even unusual items

While we don’t offer truly climate-controlled units, many are fully insulated since they had been used as offices in the past. This affords a great deal of protection from temperature extremes.

You certainly don’t need storage insurance, but it is always recommended. For indoor private storage areas, insurance is offered as an option when you rent online.

We realize that it is sometimes easy to miscalculate storage needs. We would be happy to allow you to switch to a different space or unit based on availability.

Most all of the inside private storage areas have 8’ ceilings, while the inside boat and RV storage areas have 20’ ceilings with a 14’ X 14’ overhead access door.

Since the complex was a former manufacturing facility, many of the available areas lend themselves to business type storage, such as materials and large items. Two of our units could even function as a simple garage space.
